Weber Spirit E-310 LP gas grill is complete with all the essential features a griller could want in an affordable package. The grill offers enough room to cook a 20-pound turkey or roast meats and vegetables at the same time. With the control panel conveniently moved to the front, two full-use stainless steel tables allow for food platters and prep. An Electronic Crossover ignition system lights the three burners with just one touch of the igniter button, and an easy-to-read fuel gauge accurately measures the amount of LP gas in the tank.

Assembly Weber Spirit E-310 was easy, the firebox and gas line assemble came pre-assembled; you just build the cart and attach the finishing components such as the ignitor, knob cover plate, side shelves and door. Took about an hour and 45 min. 

The instructions are clear and concise.  Even though this Weber Spirit E-310 grill has 2 burners it gets hot! Up to 550 degrees within 10 min on high. Turn down the temp and it dropped to 400 within a couple of minutes. A nice feature is the propane tank gauge, which is spring mounted and based on full tank weighing 38 lb.'s.

* Very sturdy construction, even the fold down shelves are very stable unlike most grills.

* Solid Iron Grills, good weight, good heat retention, great sear marks.

* Gets up to 550 degrees in mid winter here in Utah

* Ignition system is great, battery powered, not one of those little push powered igniters that always break.

* Sides are basically closed with only a few small holes for rotisserie (had a bird build a nest in my last one so this was important for me, no where for them to get in now)

* Enclosed Propane area

* Propane tank meter (done by weight)

Con's

* No Side Burner, but really who actually uses that thing anyways.

This Weber Spirit E-310 is designed so well that putting it together was fun. The materials, instructions and design are all top quality. The instructions are pictorial and easy to follow. You won't believe how well packed it is. Would suggest that you assemble it on a blanket or pad to insure not damaging any of the surfaces. Took about an hour to assemble and really enjoyed doing it. Putting a full tank of gas is a little hard, but having a visible fuel level is worth it. Perfect for those who don't need to cook for big groups but plenty of grid space for a family of 4.
