This scale is a bare bones scale. Super thin, super simple. Nice large digital display. Display lights up when you step on the scale and turns off shortly after. Nice for the price.  No need to tap. Just get on and it flashes your weight in BIG numbers. Very accurate and consistent. East to set up and use.

I worked on my Specialized road bike and an Iron Horse mountain bike. The top tubes fit the clamp very easily and once I tightened the clamp it felt completely stable. I like that the clamp has a channel to accomodate any cables without pinching. It was easy to spin the pedals with the bike on the rack. I really can't imagine needing anything more than this for home bike repair. I think that it is a great product at a really good price.

The stand design is elegant -- simple and functional. The stand easily folds up when not in use.

Super Turbo 800: Pros -
Very solidly built, good quality, rides good over uneven surfaces.

Cons: VERY heavy compared to the ezip 750.

The throttle on the scooter,well I was really impressed with, as you can go from a very very slow speed, to slow speed, to a middle speed, to a fast speed, to Top speed, all very gradually, or from Zero to 30mph in about 10 seconds. With the wide tires, which almost feels like it has 3 wheels, lets you go at the slow speeds, with it's stability.

The suspension system is increditable and soaks up potholes and road patches with out a problem. The seat is motorcycle comfy and the over all handling is increditable considering the limitations of the scooter design. Brakes will stop you so fast you will lose your gum or maybe glasses.

Hints:
* You can attached the hooks to a lower location on each bike to have the bike lifted all the way to the ceiling. This gives me enough room to stand beneath the bikes without bending my head.
* You can used some of the extra rope, after cutting to an appropriate length, for safety straps for the hooks. Depending on where the hooks attach, they may not have enough bite to fully trust -- easy way to prevent potential injury (see an earlier post on earthquakes!!)
* I don't recommend using the supplied bracket for excess rope. I just coiled the rope and hung it from one of the quick-release levers on the bike. Works great, and keeps the ropes from getting tangled.

This has to be a great way to build a workbench. This set was cheap but the wood brought the cost of the bench way up. The shelves are supposed to be up to 8ft long and hold up to 1,000lbs.
